Is the Community Edition really free?
Yes. The Community Edition is licensed under Apache 2.0. There are no feature gates, no usage limits, and no time restrictions. You get the full gateway — policy engine, audit logging, reputation caching, and all 16 management API endpoints. It's production-ready and free forever.
What's included in the SLA?
Enterprise customers receive a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Incident response times are 1 hour for P1 (critical/production down), 4 hours for P2 (degraded performance), and next business day for P3. SLA credits apply automatically when guarantees are not met.
How does Exchange pricing work?
The Exchange charges a 0.25% ATE treasury fee on settled transactions only. There is no fee for policy enforcement, reputation queries, or audit logging. You only pay when value actually moves through escrow settlement.
Can I start with Community and upgrade later?
Yes. Community and Enterprise run the same codebase. Upgrading to Enterprise adds support, SLA guarantees, automatic updates, and priority Exchange access — no migration needed. Your policies, audit logs, and reputation data carry over seamlessly.
Do you offer volume discounts?
